What happens now?

Your information will be added to our system, and your direct debit will be set up to start from the 1st April.

Depending on your options, you will receive an email within the next 7 days with instructions on how to provide information to us, along with any email addresses and telephone numbers.

You will also receive contact from your Client Manager and their team to answer any questions and assist with any processes.
