Do not see the right vacancy listed?

Merranti continues to grow, and the right person may be relevant before a formal vacancy is advertised. Send us your CV and tell us where you could add value.

Questions

Before you apply.

Do I need an accountancy qualification?

Not for every role. Technical accounts and tax positions may require relevant experience or qualifications, while administration, onboarding, bookkeeping, data and early-career roles can have different entry requirements.

Can I apply if no suitable role is currently advertised?

Yes. Speculative applications are welcome. Explain the type of work you are interested in, the location you can travel to and the skills you would bring.

Are roles office-based?

Many roles involve in-person work because client communication, training and team coordination are important. The working arrangement will be stated for each vacancy.

What matters most in an application?

Relevant ability, attention to detail, clear communication and a willingness to take responsibility. For client-facing roles, being comfortable speaking with clients is particularly important.

Do you use recruitment agencies?

Merranti asks recruitment agencies not to contact the firm about vacancies unless an arrangement has already been agreed.
